Role Purpose: As the face of the business, you will provide a high level of service to their visitors and staff, aligned with the company standards. You will manage office administrative tasks to ensure optimal productivity within the company, maintaining communication with both internal and external parties to support seamless office operations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the reception and office environment, servicing our staff and visitors.
- Support visitors with welcome and registration, car parking, directions, ANPR on car park system, catering, and refreshments.
- Perform a mix of logistical and administrative duties.
- Manage company correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Maintain and replenish office supplies, including stationery and kitchen consumables.
- Oversee meeting room management, including setting up any AV requirements.
- Handle facility management.
- Maintain security and access control.
- Keep general office files related to office operations.
- Record and maintain office expenditure, budget tracking, and reconciling.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, updating and maintaining safety policies and office facilities manuals.
- Perform daily pack down of the office and set up for the next day.
- Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Person Specifications:
Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE level or recognized equivalent.
- First Aid/Fire Warden trained would be preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist, or other relevant position.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of computer software applications used in daily office administration functions such as Word, Excel, and specialized office management tools.

Package:
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm - fully office based.
