Our client is selecting for a Registered nursing home manager for one of thier state of the art nursinghomes located in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
The Home caters for 72residents and enjoys an excellent reputation in the area and with the local and health authorities.
We are looking for a high calibre Home Manager with proven track record of nursing home management with passion for delivering the highest quality of care to the residents.
Nurse qualified is desirable however not essential for a candidate with care home management experience.
Strong organisational and managerial skills are essential as well as a good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities.
In return, we offer excellent support, supervision, and a remuneration package with a salary of 70,000- 80,000 pa plus a substantial Performance Related Pay Scheme.
