Job Title: Service Manager
Location: North West
Responsible to: Head of Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop high-quality care services.
- Support and mentor Unit/Home Managers.
- Drive up the quality standards of care being delivered.
- Maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior managers for strategic direction and operational performance.
