Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their established and well run country dining pub and restaurant. They can offer a real career opportunity as the business has continually won accolades and become a top destination pub. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or ambitious Sous Chef with ideally experience in a 3AA rosette or Michelin Star kitchen. The property has a modern state of the art kitchen and full backing will be given from the owners to support further growth. You will work 4 days per week with 3 off.

The Role
- Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
- Producing award winning food with a modern British local and seasonal menu
- Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade and especially junior chefs
- Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends
- Working in modern state of the art kitchen
- Managing GP targets
The Person
- Already working as a Head Chef or Sous Chef looking for promotion
- Excellent Communicator & People person
- Experience of working in a 3AA or Michelin Star kitchen in a Country House Hotel or Dining Pub/Restaurant
- Good Trainer and Mentor
- Strong Menu Planning and GP costing skills though help will be provided to ambitious Sous
