Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing plans, running and tracking marketing campaigns, and analysing market trends to ensure business success and understand the 'what's next' question to be ahead of the game.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop key marketing project plans, that align with business objectives
  • Take full ownership of key marketing projects from conception, creation to execution and analysis.
  • Manage social postings, particular focus on Linked In
  • Outline and come up with tactical creative concepts for campaign
  • Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional advertising. A large focus on PPC campaigns for each of our products.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities and optimise current strategies.
  • Manage projects to work within the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing campaign management role.
  • Experience driving business and sales with business-to-business campaigns, as well as business-to-consumer campaigns - crooton and soop cover both areas.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detailwere serious about this one.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt to market changes.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience creating campaigns for outdoor, digital, radio, printed media and events.
  • Experience creating webinars and running online and offline events
  • A team player


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in hands on management of large and small scale PPC campaigns
  • Understanding of Zoho Campaigns and database - desirable
  • Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or other creative software.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics (desirable)
