We are delighted to be working with this growing company based just north of Peterborough. They are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled IT candidate to build on their previous experience and develop their career.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining the company IT systems and infrastructure
  • Resolve IT issues in person and remotely across several offices
  • Windows server administration
  • Escalate tickets to other teams as required
  • Help manage suppliers and equipment procurement
  • Assisting on implementation projects

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in similar role or relevant degree qualification
  • Good general knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft applications
  • Understanding of Active Directory, M365, Azure, Hyper-V and Networking
  • Drive to develop and progress within IT
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to hit deadlines
  • Driving Licence (Essential)
