The Role:Based at our Stamford office, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure across all locations. This is a hands-on role that involves on-site support and occasional travel between offices, so you'll need a valid driving license and a business-insured vehicle.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide friendly, professional IT support to all staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, both remotely and in person.
  • Install and maintain hardware, software, and servers.
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure improvements.
  • Perform proactive maintenance for desktops and servers.
  • Research and apply new technologies to enhance our systems.
  • Handle advanced troubleshooting and technical challenges.
  • Create user-friendly support documentation and deliver training.
  • Assist in the overall management of our IT systems.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Essential: Maths Level 2, English Level 2, and either a computing degree, relevant higher education qualification, or industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server 2016/19/22, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Exchange, and Azure.
  • Experience with wired and wireless networking, including TCP/IP troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Desirable

  • Industry certifications like CompTIA A+.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra, Intune, and legal software such as SOS/Visualfiles.
