Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Stamford

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Negotiation: Manage the sale process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring an efficient and smooth transaction for both buyers and sellers.
  • Lettings Negotiation: Liaise with landlords and tenants, arranging property viewings, and managing the rental process from start to finish.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, offering outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Property Marketing: Assist in creating compelling property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and rental rates to advise clients effectively.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate offers, lease terms, and sales prices, working to meet clients' expectations and achieve business goals.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle all required paperwork, including contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, lettings, or property negotiation is preferred but not essential. If you're driven and have great customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you!
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients confidently and professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Full UK Driving License: As the role may involve property viewings and client meetings, a full driving license is required.
