Working Pattern: Full Time

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - shifts between 7.30am and 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor job timelines, coordinating with operators to ensure timely deliveries and addressing any potential issues promptly.
  • Communicate with third-party hauliers to ensure the smooth execution of transportation tasks.
  • Update ATA (Actual Time of Arrival) records accurately and promptly for drivers.
  • Collaborate with planners to identify and resolve any major operational challenges.
  • Keep the CS mailbox and teams constantly updated throughout the day.
  • Conduct regular checks on job adherence to schedules, taking immediate action for any pending or delayed tasks.
  • Coordinate with the traffic department for potential recovery options in case of tight schedules or delays.
  • Verify and communicate the need for Proof of Delivery (POD) with drivers and shipping lines.
  • Continuously monitor job timeliness and address any issues in real-time.
  • Perform export and vessel checks, updating vessel ETA records for split exports.
  • Maintain prompt and effective communication with customers, resolving inquiries and providing updates.
  • Collaborate with planners to re book any failed or pending jobs and re-use requests.
  • Ensure screen maintenance accuracy, meticulously indicating any additional costs, or wasted jobs.
