We are seeking a dedicated Transport Coordinator/Customer Service professional to join a dynamic team based in Stanford-le-Hope. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills, and a strong interest in logistics and transport coordination. The role is a temp-to-perm position, with the potential for permanent employment after the initial temporary period.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transportation schedules and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, updates, and complaints efficiently.
  • Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of transport operations, deliveries, and customer communications.
