A leading organisation within the building services and facilities sector is seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Maintenance Manager to join their team.

This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with an NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to ensure high standards of compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across a diverse range of client sites.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Quoting & Estimating

  • Prepare accurate quotations for reactive and planned works

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cost-effective solutions

Compliance Management

  • Support the NICEIC QS in maintaining full compliance with regulations

  • Manage and review certification processes and ensure all works meet statutory and safety standards

Scheduling & Resource Allocation

  • Schedule and coordinate engineers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance tasks

  • Work closely with planning teams to optimise workforce deployment

Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Conduct audits, monitor work standards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented

  • Maintain comprehensive records and generate performance/compliance reports

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding electrical services

  • Provide timely updates and maintain strong client relationships

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and lead the electrical maintenance team, fostering technical growth and compliance awareness

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and professionalism

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Recognised electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HND)

  • Proven background in electrical maintenance management, ideally across multiple sites

  • Deep understanding of current electrical regulations and safety compliance

Skills:

  • Strong estimating and budgeting abilities

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and maintenance management systems

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
