- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to address HR challenges, propose solutions, and support strategic initiatives.
- Employee Engagement: Drive culture and engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive work environment that boosts employee morale and retention.
- HR Analytics: Use data and HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs, spot trends, and inform decision-making.
- Policy Implementation: Assist the HR leadership in rolling out policies and initiatives that promote high performance and align with best practices and legal standards.
- Union Relations: Maintain strong relationships with Union Representatives, ensuring regular consultation and collaboration.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and legal changes, using this knowledge to improve HR strategies and initiatives.
- External Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage resources and stay ahead of HR trends.
- Project Support: Contribute to regional and global HR projects, ensuring local delivery is impactful and culturally appropriate.
- Qualifications: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience, strong HR Business Partner background, experience in a unionized environment, and a hands-on approach
