Job Title: HR Business Partner. Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Location: Stanford-le-Hope Onsite: Predominantly On Site with flexibility for some hybrid working. JGA are partnering with a high growth, large scale, international logistics and transportation business seeking an HRBP to oversee their engineering division. Please note trade union experience is essential.
  • HR Guidance: Provide support and advice on HR topics such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to address HR challenges, propose solutions, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive culture and engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive work environment that boosts employee morale and retention.
  • HR Analytics: Use data and HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs, spot trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist the HR leadership in rolling out policies and initiatives that promote high performance and align with best practices and legal standards.
  • Union Relations: Maintain strong relationships with Union Representatives, ensuring regular consultation and collaboration.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and legal changes, using this knowledge to improve HR strategies and initiatives.
  • External Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage resources and stay ahead of HR trends.
  • Project Support: Contribute to regional and global HR projects, ensuring local delivery is impactful and culturally appropriate.
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience, strong HR Business Partner background, experience in a unionized environment, and a hands-on approach
