Your new companyHays Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be partnered with a growing company in the Haulage, Logistics & Operations space. This role is based 5x per week in their office in Stanford-Le-Hope as they have a great culture which is cultivated by their in-office presence.
Your new roleMonday - Wednesday: Focusing on Payroll duties for 120 Drivers - using Excel for spreadsheets on Drivers and Controllers.Thursday - Friday: Accounts duties including Reconciliations, AP, AR and any ad-hoc work.What you'll need to succeedThey're ideally looking for someone with a background in Transactional Finance, ideally a Logistics, Operations or Haulage company.- Excel Skills are essential.- Proven background/skills within reconciliations- Experience using Sage50.- Experience within Accounts Payable.
