Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 120 residential properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of these properties, ensuring that both landlords and tenants receive a professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the residential property portfolio, including lettings, maintenance, and tenancy renewals.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to address and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all properties are compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Arrange for repairs and maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
  • Manage tenancy agreements, including renewals and terminations.
  • Handle rent collection and arrears, ensuring timely payments.
  • Keep accurate records of all property management activities.
  • Set up new tenancy agreements and move-ins

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of property management software and relevant regulations.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to managing properties and resolving issues.
