Ideal Recruit are looking for skilled VNA Drivers to join our clients well established team in Corby NN18. We offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. We can accept in-house licences, and we can offer Reach to VNA conversion on site Position: VNA Driver Location: Corby Shift Patterns:

Morning Shift: 6:00 - 2:00
Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
Night Shifts: 22:00 - 06:00

Pay rates:

AM shifts: £15.60/h
PM shifts: £16.10/h
NIGHT shifts: £16.60/h

Above shifts apply if you complete your 5 shifts per week.

Responsibilities: • Operate VNA trucks efficiently and safely. • Assist with picking and packing as required. • Operate other MHE (Material Handling Equipment) if qualified. • Adhere to site induction, RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), and SSOP (Safe Standard Operating Procedures). Requirements: • Valid VNA license. • Flexibility to work both shift patterns. • Ability to operate other MHE is a plus. • Commitment to health and safety protocols. • Willingness to sign off on site induction, RAMS, and SSOP before starting.
