The School and Role

We are looking for an Early Years Teacher to work in a friendly primary school in Stanley. Working as part of an established team, the desired Early Years Teacher will be teaching in Nursery / Reception. Some of the children have SEND and are working at a lower ability.  The role would be Wednesday to Friday, 8am – 4pm as part of a maternity cover. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.

Requirements

The desired Early Years Teacher will have;

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • QTS within the UK
