Leading financial services business has an opening for a graduate or AAT studier with around 2 years' account experience. This is a varied and interesting role for a Blue-Chip organisation that provides training and will support your studies. The role is responsible for:

  • Purchase order, statements of work and invoice processing, payments and oversight
  • Dealing with supplier enquiries
  • Cash and bank reconciliations
  • Inter-group recharges
  • Assist in the production of management accounts
  • Maintain reporting analysis data
  • Assist in the production of annual budgets
  • Assist in the production of VAT returns
  • Ad hoc projects, including the chance to gain experience in investment accounting.

Key skills required are a knowledge of basic accountancy/purchase ledger, strong Excel skills, good communication skills (oral and written) and enthusiasm and drive to produce high quality work and for continued learning. You must have strong numeracy skills, and these will be tested at interview. Great benefits including pension, bonus and a lovely work environment.
