The Mortgage Administrator Role

Based in the Stanmore office, as the Mortgage Paraplanner you will be working closely alongside the Mortgage Brokers on a variety of cases, assisting your clients through every stage of their Mortgage journey.

It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of the mortgage process, a friendly and personable demeanour, and a commitment to securing the completion of a mortgage case effectively and efficiently.

You’ll work closely with the Mortgage Brokers providing a seamless service for your clients from start to finish.

The Mortgage Administrator Package

  • Office based in Stanmore
  • Basic Salary up to £35k - Dependant on experience
  • 20 Holidays per year + 1 day per year of service (25 days total) plus bank holidays
  • Funded and supported career training (including sponsored CeMap qualification)
  • Career progression

Mortgage Administrator desired skills and experience

  • CeMap Qualified or equivalent - desirable but not essential
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Case Manager or Mortgage Paraplanner
  • The confidence and experience of handling communications between lenders and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Efficient and proactive work ethic
