Role Overview:

  • Basic Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise Revenues: Grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
  • Branch Profitability: Ensure the branch meets financial targets and maximises profit.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage team performance through regular 1:1s, reviews, and morning meetings.
  • Action Planning: Influence results through effective team management and action planning.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Estate Agency Experience: Previous experience in estate agency and customer service roles.
  • Target-Driven: Proven track record of achievement and goal-orientation.
  • Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Motivation & Enthusiasm: Motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing exceptional service.
  • High Standards: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards of service and presentation.

  • Car Owner & License: Full UK driving license with insurance for business use.
