We are currently working in partnership with an Educational Body who are based in North London who are recruiting for a Assistant HR Business Partneron a 1 year fixed term contract. The position is due to start at the beginning of February.The annual salary for this role is £44,120 - £48,308 per annum.

Please note, you will be required to travel to 2 other sites once a month, located in Essex & Leicester.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with low level ER casework, SCR (Single Central Register experience and HR projects experience surrounding ED&I, employee values and benefits & pay.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading on supporting formal and informal ER casework across the organisation
  • Coaching and guiding managers at all stages of ER cases in order to mitage risk
  • Maintaining and up keeping the SCR (Single Central Register), updating where neccesary
  • Leading on project work, in line with the organisations polices and procedures including ED&I action plan, employee value proposition and Benefits & Pay

Experience required:

  • Experience working with an SCR (Single Central Register)
  • Experience working on HR Project work
  • Experience Coaching and guiding seniors on ER casework
  • Experience dealing with low level ER casework including performance management, sickness and disciplinaries

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Up to date employment law knowledge
  • Ability to up keep and maintain the organisations SCR
  • Ability to diagnose HR-related issues and recommend solutions
  • Upholding the integrity of sensitive employee data and HR matters
  • Awareness of EDI best practices and how to foster an inclusive workplace

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
