We are seeking dynamic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team, providing cover in Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and SEN Schools across West London and Middlesex. This role is perfect for individuals who are flexible, able to travel up to an hour door-to-door, and can work on both a last-minute and pre-booked basis. Supply teaching not only offers flexibility but also the potential for more permanent teaching opportunities. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide teaching cover across various primary schools, adapting to the needs of each school, whether on a last-minute or pre-booked basis.
  • Deliver engaging and educational lessons tailored to different key stages from EYFS to KS2 (Nursery to Year 6) or within KS3 - KS4 (Year 7 - Year 11).
  • Maintain classroom management and uphold the educational standards of the schools.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS), Early Years Professional Status (EYPS), or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to work at least 2 days a week.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different classroom settings and meet the needs of various student groups.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Passion for education and commitment to professional development.
