A global logistics company are searching for a Sales Administrator to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, obtain missing information, and provide support.
- Prepare and verify sales documents, including contracts.
- Maintain and update customer and sales records through in house CRM
- Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Liaise with logistics and other departments to ensure timely deliveries where relevant
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Experience: Previous experience in sales support or administration preference
- Hours: 0900 to 1730
