We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in import or export, but that is not essential. As an Inside Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, preparing sales documentation, and supporting our client's sales team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, gather missing information, and provide comprehensive support.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and verify essential sales documents, including contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer and sales records in our in-house CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance metrics and identify emerging trends.
  • Coordination: Work closely with logistics and other relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Support Sales Team: Assist with various administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills:

Previous experience in sales support or administration is needed

o    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

o    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

o    Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel

o    High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Work Environment:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
  • Setting: Office environment
  • 6 months’ probation
