Excellent opportunity for a standalone HR Manager to join this commercial organisation close to Stansted. The client is looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager (very much a Generalist role).

  • Manage complex Employee Relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, etc
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
  • Identify training needs and contribute to the development and implementation of individual and team learning and development plans.
  • Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
  • Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
  • Support the recruitment process - writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
  • Inductions

You will need the following experience:-

  • CIPD qualification of equivalent
  • Proven HR Generalist experience at Manager level
  • Dealt with complex ER Cases
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation
  • Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
