We are supporting a company based in Stansted who are recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Administrator, paying up to £27,000 depending on experience. This is a full-time, office based opportunity working Monday to Thursday - 9am to 5pm & Friday - 9am to 4:30pm - 37 hours per week. Duties include:

  • Booking goods-in and preparing shipments ready for shipping
  • Arranging couriers for shipment and keeping the warehouse tidy
  • Run production reports and pick jobs for the assembly team
  • Managing deliveries
  • Regular stock takes
  • Run shortages report and flag that to procurement team
  • Overseeing exports using third party agencies
  • Occasionally using the company van for direct runs of big orders
  • Liaising with other departments in the company and assisting others in the warehouse team when required.

This type of positive requires a hands-on, positive approach to workload as you will be required to complete additional tasks as they arise, especially with the company continuing to grow. You would ideally have a full UK driving license, along with experience of stock taking and working with suppliers. You would ideally have Microsoft Office and Navision experience, however training can be given if needed. You must be a quick learner with the right attitude.
