PA to the MD

Diary Scheduling

Scheduling of jobs to suit our/their programme

Liaise with upcoming sites to arrange site visits and start dates

Liaise with site managers regarding site conditions

Chasing of live projects for updates

Use of Sage

Ordering Materials

Emails and Answering the phone
