We're currently seeking a Corporate Finance Controller this is your chance to join aproperty management company that offers a range of services, including block and estate management, build-to-rent solutions, and new build consultancy.
This is your chance to join a brand new finance function, building it from the ground up giving you full control, leading the financial management of the company.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Drive reporting and analytics projects forward, being the key person bringing it together.
- Take owneship of the master/fixed revenue tracker and ensure quarterly billing is fully reconciled and validated against expected billings
- Update the monthly management reporting packs and KPI Dashboards.
- Implement a new expense platform for head office staff.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
- CIMA Qualified
- 5+ years experience in a finance role.
