Management Accountant

Robert Half is recruiting a Management Accountant exclusively for our SME client in Stevenage, on a temp to perm basis.

The position of Management Accountant will require the following skill-set;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Bank Account Reconciliation for 3 entities

Manage Prepayments

VAT Returns Prepare and submit accurately and on timely

CIS Review and submission

Overhead Recharges

Accruals to manage and Review

Journals prepare and post

Fixed Asset Register, keep up to date and accurate

Assist FC in managing supplier credits and customer rebates

Project Costing review and update with FC

Oversee 2 smaller entities

Assist FC in the audit process

Assist with Subcontractor updates for bi-weekly payments

Quarterly Management Accounts aiming to produce monthly

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Inter-company Reconciliations

Project Analysis and Reporting

The position of Management Accountant will be paying up to £45k on a temp to perm basis, it will be based 100% on the client premises and free parking is available .
