Key Account Manager

Salary: up to £42,000 + bonus + benefits.

Remote based with one day per week based in the companies Hertfordshire based office.

The One Group are working exclusively with a established, global brand within the hygiene market who have built an impressive brand and are working with some of the largest household brands.

They have a great collaborative team, and are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join them who can be an integral person in developing and maintaining a strong relationship with one of the companies largest accounts.

What your day will look like?

  • Working collaboratively with other Key Account Managers including the international account manager in regards to your large household brand account.
  • Preparing for customer meetings and support on meetings when needed.
  • Attendance of internal and external meetings with customers, ensuring an action plan and reports where required.
  • Driving sales and profits through your key account ensuring to adhere by best practice, analysing sales data and margin analysis.
  • Calculating and assisting with cost analysis for customers.
  • End to end project support for new product launches with your key customer.
  • Gathering of market information, analysing data with key stakeholders.
  • Gather product knowledge from various categories.
  • Strategic planning for the customer account and product campaigns.

A full job spec available upon application

This role is a home based role with travel to the companies office in Hertfordshire once a week, ad hoc travel to UK customer sites (around 1 -2 times a year). The hours for this role are 830am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager role, enjoy developing strong relationships, experience of working within FMCG, have experience of working in a team and love being collaborative, be comfortable of working with data and analysing trends, and have experience of working in a fast paced environment.
