£35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Development + Discretionary Bonus

This company are an expanding Architectural Consultancy who work closely with housebuilders and developers to produce drawings for large housing developments (anywhere between 40 - 300 units). They are currently looking to boost the growth to take advantage of the growing market, therefore they are looking for an additional Technologist to join their team.

In this role you will focus primarily on Drawing and managing Junior members of the team to meet deadlines and develop client relations. You will be supporting them in their development whilst focusing on ensuring client satisfaction. This company have a fantastic reputation for looking after their staff and rewarding them for their hard work.

This is a varied and challenging role which would ideally suit an Architectural Technologist with experience producing drawings for large construction projects and looking to develop their career within a forward thinking, growing company. It is a role where your hard work and Technical knowledge will be recognised and valued with things such as the discretionary bonus reflecting that.

The Person:

Able to use AutoCAD
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role
CSCS Card
Been involved in large construction projects
Able to work independently
Commutable to Stevenage
