Robertson Bell are supporting this organisation to recruit an Interim Accounts Payable Officer for three months initially – operating on a hybrid or remote working pattern.  The head office is based in Hertfordshire.
The Interim Accounts Payable Officer’s responsibilities include:
- Processing and uploading invoices.
- Creating, correcting, and requesting purchase orders to then match on the system.
- Maintaining the finance inbox and answering queries.
- Reconciling the bank accounts and financial statements.
The successful Accounts Payable Officer will have:
- Experience working in a similar Accounts Payable role, with a strong understanding of how to process and reconcile a high volume of invoices. Â Â
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares.
