Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure efficient and safe production.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and adjustments on equipment to minimise downtime.
- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards by conducting regular checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during the shift.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably within a food production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts.
- Day Shifts: £11.44 - £12.50 per hour
- Night Shifts: £11.92 - £13.40 per hour
