Client Details
Our client is a Pharmaceutical manufacturer, with a large portfolio of customers. This business is GMP accredited and MHRA audited, and so applicants must have extensive experience in this environment.
Description
- Designing and implementing a Quality strategy
- Direct Leadership of a team of 5, with indirect responsibility for a further 15 across QA and QC
- As a member of SLT, you will be tasked with advising on strategic business decisions as the designated Quality expert
- Liaising with MHRA on matters relating to audits and compliance
- Working closely with contracted employees, such as QPs, to ensure continuous improvement
Profile
A succesful applicant will have to have an extensive portfolio of people leadership experience in a GMP environment.
Alongside a strong technical background, you must be a proven leader of teams.
