Role Overview:
As the Deputy General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, train and motivate our team, and contribute to strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities of Deputy General Manager:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing a diverse team, including servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house personnel.
- Monitor and maintain quality control for both food and service.
- Help develop and implement efficient operational procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with the General Manager in budget management, inventory control, and cost analysis.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Assist with staff training and development programs to ensure high performance and retention.
- Contribute to menu development, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and industry standards.
- Support marketing and branding efforts to drive restaurant growth and enhance customer engagement.
Skills and Experience of Deputy General Manager:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering a superior dining experience.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
