Brand Manager - Retailer Brands
Hertfordshire based Head Office - Hybrid working (2d per week)
£50-60k / bonus / package

- Holds a 30% volume share of the UK’s Retailer Brands in their category.
- Is now seeking a Brand Manager to join their Retailer Brands team.
The role:
- This role supports the Own Label Brands Director and is key to delivering the business Retailer Brand strategy for a strategic group of customers.
- As Brand Manager, you will manage the effective delivery of the NPD/EPD pipeline and oversee business wide initiatives that impacts the Retailer Brand portfolio.
- You will understand and communicate customer strategies and priorities and contribute to development of long-term strategic retailer plans
Key responsibilities as Brand Manager:
- Understand and communicate key customer strategies and priorities
- Creating and implementing product plans
- Delivery of retailer brand product launches, NPD and EPD
- Full P&L responsibility for your portfolio
- Working cross functionally with sales, category and brand teams to ensure business alignment
Brand Manager requirements:
- FMCG background
- Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes including stage gate, S&OP and product costings
- Numerical with good presenting skills
- NPD and innovation experience
- Customer-facing experience with UK retailers
