International Account Manager - DACH (German speaking)

  • With huge ambitions to develop their portfolio of brands even further into international markets this is a great opportunity for an experience international business manager to join them on that journey.

The role:

  • This International Account Manager is dedicated towards driving the business strategy forward across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • You will manage and grow existing in market distributors and set up new relationships where appropriate.
  • Delivering on sales spend and profit targets and developing JBP’s with your customers.
  • Track progress and make any strategic changes to ensure targets are met
  • Contribute towards wider team success with input into the overall European strategy

To succeed in the role you will have:

  • Exceptional commercial awareness coupled with a proven track record gained within a progressive FMCG environment specifically within international sales / export
  • Strong understanding of the German market and be fluent in both English and German
  • Experience of working with distributors
  • Solid analytical skills and comfortable with data sales analysis
  • Be able to demonstrate success in FMCG sales (ideally in the grocery channel but not essential)
  • Bring energy & motivation to your role!
  • Strong relationship-building skills, and are ready to make an impact on strategy from day one.
  • Ability to travel to Germany on a monthly / bi-monthly basis
