On behalf of our client, a social housing contractor, Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Building Surveyor for a contract role.
The Building Surveyor Role will include:
- Post inspections of social housing maintenance repairs and planned works, damp, subsidence, structural inspections in occupied and void properties.
- Complete and deliver technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors.
- Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process.
- Logging all works on PDA.
Candidates Must Have:
- Social housing post maintenance and repairs surveying inspections.
- Health and Safety legislation knowledge
- Surveying qualification or experience
- Technical knowledge of a wide range of housing stock
- Extensive Knowledge of Building Maintenance and diagnostic techniques
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
- Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
