Junior Cad Designer
My client is an established company specialising in acoustics with a 50-year track record of providing comprehensive noise and vibration solutions across various industries. As a Junior CAD Designer, you will work on diverse projects and contribute to shaping environments with innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design and project management software.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Experience in the construction industry, with a focus on HVAC, mechanical, or structural steelwork sectors.
- Proven knowledge of best installation practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting site surveys across the UK and Europe, collecting precise measurements and specifications for accurate project planning.
- Coordinating design activities with stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance with specifications.
- Creating detailed manufacturing and installation drawings to guide project execution.
- Generating general arrangement drawings to illustrate project layouts for clarity and uniformity among stakeholders.
- Participating in both on-site and online design meetings, collaborating with team members to meet client requirements.
