Remuneration: £27,000 - £32,000neg + Sales bonuses giving £3,000 p/a minBenefits: Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Business Development Executive - Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:

  • Business Development Executive position dealing with a high quality range of roofing and waterproofing systems
  • Primarily selling into architects, design managers, tier 1 contractors with a smaller focus on roofing & solar contractors
  • Generating new business through a mix of cold calling and warm inbound leads
  • Use Barbour API and other avenues including LinkedIn to identify relevant projects and decision makers
  • Booking CPD appointments for field based reps to attend
  • Discussing client requirements and advising on suitable products
  • Develop relationships with clients providing excellent customer service
  • Input all activity and information in HubSpot CRM accurately

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Executive - Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:

  • Must have B2B experience as: internal sales, telesales, business development, lead generation, sales development
  • Experience in the construction industry ideal, any roofing experience highly beneficial
  • Must be confident on the phone
  • Would consider a technical savvy graduate with some construction related experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, HupSpot CRM)
  • Logical thinker, strong numerical background, problem solver
  • Ability to work autonomously
