An experienced Contract Manager is sought for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract at a leading Aerospace corporation in Stevenage.
The role involves managing the approval processes and life cycle of high-value, complex contracts within the aerospace supply chain.
Candidates should have experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and a strong attention to detail, with a preference for backgrounds in highly regulated industries.
The position offers a very competitive salary, with working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Applicants are expected to have relevant experience in contracts, commercial, or supply chain environments, particularly in manufacturing.

Experience negotiating high-value, highly complex commercial agreements
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high levels of accuracy
Ability to work within defined compliance and governance structures to gain approvals for contracts
Good financial acumen and understanding of deal-structuring
Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage a range of stake-holders
Drive to improve policies, processes and increase profitability of allocated contracts

Contract Specialist Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience within a contracts/commercial/supply chain/highly regulated business environment (preferably in manufacturing) required.
