Daniel Owen Ltd are seeking a well experience Surveyor Contracts Manager to work with one of our well established Building and Construction firms located in Hertfordshire.

About the Role: Surveyor Contract Manager, where you'll manage and oversee individual contracts to ensure projects are completed efficiently, profitably, and with top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for initial property surveys, estimating, coordinating with the contract team, and ensuring compliance with client expectations and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract execution from survey to completion.
  • Prepare and submit estimates/quotations.
  • Ensure projects meet client SLAs and profitability targets.
  • Coordinate with contract teams and manage job progress.
  • Handle client communications, variations, and cost controls.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Contract Management.
  • Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Solid knowledge of building processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Desirable:

  • Degree in Construction or related field.
  • Site Managers Safety Training Scheme certification.
  • Experience in insured building repairs.
