Contract Manager Access Control Social Housing Package Overview:

• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
• Full-Time, Permanent

• Hertfordshire- Commutable from the Barnet, Enfield, Edmonton, Cheshunt & Chigwell areas
• Must have experience within Access Control and Social Housing

Our Client, a leader in their sector, are currently looking for a Contract Manager to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

This Company are a reputable business with over 40 years’ experience providing support to local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector clients.

Contract Manager Access Control Social Housing Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing reactive repairs, preventative planned maintenance programmes and installations for various contracts across the CCTV, Access Control and Warden Call department
• Plan and coordinate labour, ensuring the programme is on time and within budget
• Management of engineers and all staff associated with the contracts
• Meet and liaise with the clients preparing estimates and quotes
• Ensure Health and Safety risks are managed
• Prepare financial budgets, completing financial variations and application for payments

Contract Manager Access Control Social Housing Skills and Experience:

• Must have experience within Access Control and Social Housing
• The ability to plan and prepare annual programmes of works
• Be able to prepare and design performance reports
• Have Asbestos Awareness training
• Be able to carry out Health and Safety Risk Assessments
• Have SFG20, PPM & Statutory compliance awareness
• Have an HNC/BSC in Construction Management
• Have quantity surveying experience
• Be able to produce estimates for schedule of rates contracts
• Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent
