My client is seeking a Senior Corporate Service Administrator to provide professional support to their clients, advisers and team members. This role is crucial for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, supporting various consultancy services including Group Risk & Healthcare schemes, Employee Benefits and more.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide vital support to clients, advisers and team members, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Actively support consultants and clients on Group Risk & Healthcare schemes, Employee Benefits and other products.
  • Manage monthly pension contribution uploads and handle Automatic Enrolment re-enrolment with providers and The Pensions Regulator as needed.
  • Undertake annual review tasks, coordinate post-review actions and provide feedback to clients.
  • Liaise with the wider corporate team and provide support as required.
  • Engage with internal systems for record keeping and project management.
  • Handle corporate client queries effectively, dealing with issues raised by employers, employees, insurers, or advisers.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as a Senior Administrator, such as handling complex cases, training new team members, and deputising for the Regional Corporate Services Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of iO and Excel.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Broad knowledge of the financial services sector and familiarity with relevant FCA regulations is desirable.
