A Great WONDERFUL Financial Servicers Company, recruiting an Administration Candidate with skills in Financial Services linked to Corporate Services & your Financial Admin skills supporting the admin for the advisors & Corporate Services Client Bank.   

Job Summary & Why the role exists:-

To provide the highest level possible of administrative support to the Corporate Services clients &Corporate Services Consultants.

Responsibilities:-

• Providing vital professional support to the clients, advisers & other team members, having ability towork independently & as part of a team.• To actively support the consultant & clients on Group Risk & Healthcare schemes, Employee Benefits(including workplace pensions), & other products covered under the consultancy services, to include communication with clients 

• Where necessary &  required, upload monthly pension contribution spreadsheet to provider• Dealing with client, provider & TPR on AE re-enrolment where appropriate• Undertake some annual review tasks, provide feedback for the post review correspondence to the client& co-ordinate/ undertake as appropriate any resultant actions to be taken.• Where appropriate, liaise the wider corporate team & support when required.• Fully engage with IO - INTELLIGENT OFFICE SYSTEM • Key assistance in the research, set up & on-going record keeping in respect of secondary market Employee Benefits.• Work where required Dealing with corporate client queries raised by employer/employee or insurer/adviser.

• Responsible for ensuring own knowledge kept up to date & to notify colleagues of any relevant developments.• Complying with the FCA rule book & IWP-FP’s internal procedures at all times.• General Office related tasks as required by the Client Services Manager In addition to working as part of the team & covering the tasks above,

  • Be given more complex clients & cases. You may also be responsible for monitoring other members of the team, identifying training requirements & training new members of the team as & when they join
  • Represent the department or leading project work as required
  • Take ownership of the implementation & embedding of new processes resulting from project work
  • Assist Regional Corporate Services Manager with roll out of any process changes
  • Assist Regional Corporate Services Manager with overseeing workload 
  • Assist Regional Corporate Services Manager with resolving issues – procedural/departmental
  • Assist Regional Corporate Services Manager with complaint identification
  • Deputising for Regional Corporate Services Manager at meetings & with managerial duties (covering annual leave & Sickness absence)
  • Investigate &  resolve errors
