Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm, fully office based

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience.

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Service Coordinator to join our client in Stevenage.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in scheduling, administration, confident communication, and have a good understanding of geography.

Key Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator:

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, service technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilise geographical knowledge to optimise service routes and schedules.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in scheduling and administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good geographical knowledge, particularly of Hertfordshire
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
