3 x TA's - EYFS, KS1 and KS2 roles available - Immediate start - Hatfield, Hertfordshire - Graduates and experienced TA's required - £90 to £95 per day

A lovely primary school located in Hatfield is seeking three enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join their team for the entire academic year starting now. The school is looking for TAs in each Key Stage (EYFS, KS1, and KS2), and successful candidates will be able to pick year groups of preference.

The school has a varied intake of pupils from a range of backgrounds but is a harmonious, fun place to work and learn. The successful candidates will join a team of dedicated teachers and support staff who are committed to providing a high-quality education for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting class teachers in delivering lessons and activities in line with the national curriculum
  • Helping pupils to understand instructions and to complete tasks
  • Preparing and setting up resources and equipment for lessons
  • Supporting pupils with special educational needs or disabilities
  • Assisting with the supervision of pupils during break and lunchtimes
  • Liaising with parents and carers as required

Person Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of working with children in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Good organisational skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
