Venn Group Component Engineer SC Cleared 6 month+ Contract Hertfordshire (Hybrid working 1-2 days on-site , rest remote) £50 per hour (Inside IR35, Umbrella)

Our market-leading client require a Senior Component Engineer to join them on a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and responding to support queries
  • Processing component data (based on Life cycle status, Export Control and REACH/RoHS compliance)
  • Working within departmental processes completing administration tasks
  • Support for Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or Material commodities
  • Support continuous improvement activities

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Knowledge and experience of components and parts
  • Engineering Degree or relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, Outlook, Excel, Word
  • High concern for order and quality
  • Able to deal with multiple issues, tasks and priorities concurrently
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate communications with key stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Military or aviation industry experience
