About the position of Executive Assistant (CFO and COO)

We are excited to be supporting a financial services business looking for a proactive, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the CFO and COO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and growth-focused team.

Responsibilities for the role of Executive Assistant (CFO and COO)

  • Efficient management of the CFO and COO's diaries, ensuring seamless scheduling and proactive handling of meeting requests and logistics.
  • Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all personal and corporate financial information.
  • Comprehensive administrative support listed below
  • Secretariat duties: preparing agendas, distributing board and committee packs, taking minutes, tracking actions, and other related tasks.
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence.
  • Assisting with presentation slide decks.
  • Running minor errands as needed.
  • Managing routine tasks such as account opening, KYC requests, and other compliance-related administrative activities.

Experience and skills required for the Executive Assistant (CFO and COO)

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in a regulated financial services environment or corporate professional services setting is highly desirable.
