This opportunity for someone who is ready to join a thriving team and offers excellent earning potential.The Mortgage and Protection Broker Role:In this role, you will deliver expert mortgage advice to a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives through personalised mortgage solutions. Covering branches across Hertfordshire, Middlesex, and Buckinghamshire, you will cultivate strong relationships with both the branches and the clients you support.
Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a full range of mortgage products to suit their needs
- Conducting detailed financial assessments and affordability checks
- Managing the mortgage application process from start to finish
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Meeting individual and team targets
Mortgage and Protection Broker Package:
- Competitive base salary up to £35k depending on banking experience
- Generous tiered commission structure (12.5% - 30%)
- Working 4 Days Branches & 1 day Working from Home
- Branches across Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Buckinghamshire
- Full administrative support, allowing you to focus on advising and building relationships

Mortgage and Protection Broker Requirements:
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent (required)
- Proven track record in mortgage advice and sales
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline of business
- Abilty to travel to branches across Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Buckinghamshire
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service
